Ciel Associates, incorporating Ciel Education, is a UK-based consultancy group, established in 2011 by Prof. Paul Kleiman and Jo Richler. We work with institutions, organisations and companies in the public, private and voluntary/third sectors, specialising in higher and further education, the arts and inclusion.
